The hills are alive with the sound of muesli
With towns we have played for the last ten days
The hills fill my heart with the sound of muesli
We eat ham and cheese and it even pays...
Sorry, I'll stop right there.
we have GPS but I still love maps

Innsbruck from our guest house
If you lived here you'd have a hell of a time
I want to live in Munich and sit in cafes all day

Great pictures. Those are mountains!
While in Hamburg, take a side trip to a small town called Luneburg (Lueneburg) that is slightly southeast. One of the quaintest, most well-preserved ancient German cities you'll ever see. Have a bratwurst from the guy in the trailer in the main square and don't miss the large church with the leaning steeple.
These pics are wonderful!
I dig the pics!
I feel lucky to be able to travel Jeff! It's looking like July for NJ...
thanks Guy - yes, I couldn't stop staring at those mountains.
Carl now I'm mad at myself for not having bratwurst (or any kind of wurst) on the trip...we didn't make Hamburg on this trip but next time we'll have to seek out Luneburg.
Thanks Grahame!
JD I'm honored you stopped by - I've long loved your illustrations.
